Thomas Trüb  Chairman
is the owner of Tamanta AG and a principal partner of Switzerland’s leading media group in Ringier Pacific and Ringier Africa. Thomas was responsible at Ringier for New Markets and the Asian Region. He is a highly experienced entrepreneur and manager. In 1989, he invented and founded CASH, a prominent business magazine and internet portal. He is also the co-founder of the Swiss business magazine BILANZ. He is also the founder of The Dariu Foundation a leading Microfinance institution in Vietnam.

Michael Moppert  
is a successful software entrepreneur with extensive international experience. In 1993 he co‐founded Day Software, one of the early internet pioneers in Switzerland. Michael served as CEO and Chairman of Day Software for over 15 years. He led the company to a successful IPO and headed its international expansion. In 2010 Adobe Software acquired Day Software. Today, Michael is acting as private investor, working with start‐ups as well as with later stage companies, as advisor and board member.

Georg Benes 
is a Senior Research Analyst for Emerging Markets at Lazard Asset Management. His focus is on Emerging Markets companies in the energy and utility space. Lazard Asset Management provides investment management and advisory services to institutional clients, financial intermediaries, private clients and investment vehicles around the world. Georg has a Master of Law from the Universtity of Graz, Austria.

 

Ines Kaindl
is the president of Kronoholding. Kronoholding manufactures and distributes wood-based panels. Globally they are a leading world manufacturer of: Particleboard, Medium density fibreboard, Laminate flooring, UF, MUF and MF resins for wood-based panels. The company counts over 5,000 employees. Ines early experience includes time at Credit Suisse and MM Capital (Hedge Fund). Ines graduated from studies in Business Administration in Zurich and New York.


Leandro Sanchez
Co-funded Geschenkidee.ch and later sold the company to Ringier, Switzerland's leading media group. Geschenkidee is a  successful e-commerce that offers clients a wide variety of products and services targeting mainly the gift market. He is now a full time investor focusing on the internet industry in Germany and Latin America. He is also a partner in Ringier Africa, the Ringier branch focusing on developing the latest internet technologies in Africa.

 

Dariu Trüb  
is a mindfulness entrepreneur. Dariu started as a tech-entrepreneur with Chrysalis a software company based in Ghana sold to Ringier Africa. Dariu later became interested in impact investment and co-founded Better World investment and Kitendo capital that he managed till 2014. Dariu holds a B.A in development studies and African Studies from SOAS, a Msc. in Management from Imperial business school and is a certified practitioner of Reiki and Hyposis.

Dr. Uli Sigg
is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Switzerland’s leading media group, Ringier Group. Between 1995 and 1998, he served as Ambassador of Switzerland to the People’s Republic of China, North Korea and Mongolia. From 1990 to 1995, Uli Sigg was an entrepreneur, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of several corporations, including Ringier and Schindler. He is currently also a Member of the Advisory Board of China Development Bank, and a Member of the Board of Ciba Specialty Chemicals
